Canal and river trust put a restriction on a local lock which meant we had to rush to ensure we got back in time, but we understand this can happen.

Friendly and helpful staff in the booking office advising on our best options for our canal boat holiday. Friendly and helpful staff at the boat yard giving advice on our route and managing a canal boat holiday as it was our first time. Very comfortable and clean boat with excellent facilities for our two families. A fantastic weekend.

Easy booking, clear instructions before pick up. Boat clean with some nice extra touches. Good hand over and soon on our way. Pick up location changed due to multiple stoppages, but still had a good week.

Picked up boat from Nantwich due to stoppage on Llangollen canal. Choice of only two routes due to other stoppages. Nantwich is only a small marina, but staff coped well.
