Brilliant experience, and incredibly helpful staff. There were problems with low water levels and they were really good at talking us through the options. We had a problem with the hot water pump which they fixed immediately. Lovely people, I would go again tomorrow.

Boat was very modern and versatile. Front desk staff were very happy and served well. Few minor points though: when the Bradford on Avon lock was opened we didn’t get timely notice despite prior comms. Also we were told that toilet tank wouldn’t fill for a 7 nights trip but it was full after four days. Bathrooms and bedrooms need more hooks as well. Everything else is perfect and I highly recommend the company and the trip.

Cleanliness of boat poor, poor maintenance of boat, not assisted out of marina, no answer when trying to contact marina during our holiday even when leaving a message on answerphone.

Easy check in, lots of advice and helpful staff. Did what it says on the tin and more. Only bug bear is charging £7.99 for a flimsy paper map...this should be free given the cost of the hire.
