From the start with the booking agents and their timely assistance/advice through to the staff at the marina we experienced a top notch company. The advice we received about suggested routes was invaluable. The narrowboat and the orientation at Alvechurch Marina was excellent, the boat and its equipment was clean and ready to launch. This trip exceeded all our expectations and we highly recommend ABC Boat Hire.

Very responsive customer service; nice comfortable boat but we had problems with the heating. Cooker was very good and we enjoyed our trip. Engine was quiet and not a problem. Very easy to steer.

Great service. Clean functional boat. Had an issue with the heating and they sent out their excellent Engineer John and the issue was resolved within a few hours. Would use ABC boats again. Thankyou

Great holiday. It would be 5 stars but on the bigger boats, while they scale up the crockery to match, the saucepans are too small for the number of people.
