Reception service was excellent and clear handover instructions given and great assistance to get CRT to allow us through Diglis Basin onto the Severn after 3pm.

The trip was great didn’t want to leave. Stayed in Edinburgh for 3 nights and enjoyed the city. Went on a Puffin tour and enjoyed the sea birds and seals.

Only thing I could recommend would be a quick coupler attachment for the water. But I just went and talked to other boaters from the area no worries.

Even though I had to leave my holiday early due to an accident the company was very helpful by making sure I was ok and safe.

The welcome was clear and kind, boat was clean, easy to use and well stocked with a welcome tea tray too. Easy to follow instructions in folder and instant assistance when engine failed to start, 10 minutes and we were on our way. Highly enjoyable trip with 10 of us, 3 small children loved it.

From start to finish the staff were very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. When we had an issue with wire caught around the propeller they were there within 30 mins and soon had us on our way again.

Prima boot. De faciliteiten zijn goed, zeker als je ziet hoe krap de boot eigenlijk is. ook volop bestek en serviee aanwezig. Voor vertrek een prima rondleiding en introductie op de boot gekregen.
