Staff were friendly and helpful, and, after some checks and instructions, we were able to set off quite quickly. The boat was clean, comfortable and very well appointed. We were alarmed, though, that one of the toilets registered as having the tank full after 5 days, and the other one registered full after 6 days. This was with only 4 crew, when the boat was made for 6. We just about managed, having to share one toilet, and being sparing with our use (!) so I don't know how 6 would have coped!! A great holiday, though.

From start to finish everything went plain sailing-literally. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, the boat was great, plenty of room, clean and tidy and tea/coffee too. I loved the slow pace of things so you could take in your surroundings. Bird sing and we saw some deer too. I would definitely recommend. Thanks all

The boat itself was superbly equipped and had everything we needed. It was also immaculately clean. We were not prepared however for the large numbers of private boats moored up which prevented us from getting close to popular locations.

Superb customer service at HQ and at Hilperton boatyard. A big thank you to the girl with short dark hair and big eyelashes who helped us to load our bags etc on to the boat! Also when we had a flat battery on our first morning, we rang out of hours and it was sorted quickly.

A fabulous day out! We'd never driven a canal boat before, but picked it up after the thorough tuition. We'll definitely do it again, but probably in the summertime -- it gets pretty chilly in the winter!
