A great boat, really helpful staff and perfect cruising weather. From Blackwater Meadow Marina we were able to explore both the Montgomery and Llangollen canals. ABC staff were really welcome and helpful both before and during the trip.

ABC were so easy to arrange our holiday with offering quick responses to any queries we had both before and during our trip. The boat was well equipped with good quality linen, pillows, duvets and towelling. Additional provisions were made available for three very young children travelling with us. The induction was good and provided a great understanding of the boat and boating. Additionally we were blessed with 7 days of wall to wall sunshine in early April allowing us to have a stunning holiday.

ABC Boat hire didn’t let us down . Well equipped, well maintained and clean boats with helpful knowledgable staff on hand to answer all our questions . We love the slow pace on the canal and the Kennet and Avon scenery and wildlife are wonderful . Our 4th trip and we’ll definitely be back again.

We have hired many narrow boats in the past, some good, some not so good, but we can honestly say that this was the best we have hired, five star+, the boat was very well kitted out, it was well maintained, the staff were excellent, very helpful and knowledgeable, we would definitely recommend ABC boat hire and would not hesitate to book with them again in the future. We had the best holiday.
